Products & Customization

Bulbs are generally not included unless specifically stated in the product description. This is to ensure safe transit and to allow you to choose the color temperature (warm, neutral, or cool) that best suits your space. Our fixtures typically use standard E12, E14, or E26/E27 bases.

Absolutely. We wire our lighting fixtures according to the electrical standards of the destination country. Whether you are ordering from the United States (110V) or Europe/Middle East (220V-240V), your fixture will be perfectly compatible and safe to use.

Shipping & Delivery

Yes, we ship our lighting collections worldwide. We partner with reliable international couriers like DHL, FedEx, and UPS to ensure your order arrives safely and quickly, no matter where you are located.
Delivery times depend on the item and your location. In-stock items usually ship within 2-3 business days. Custom or made-to-order fixtures may take 2-4 weeks to produce. Once shipped, international delivery typically takes 3-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by your destination country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your local customs office for specific rates.

Returns & Damages

We pack our products with extreme care, but glass items can occasionally break during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item and the original packaging. We will send replacement glass parts or a full replacement fixture free of charge immediately.
We accept returns on standard (non-custom) items within 14 days of delivery. The items must be uninstalled, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective. Custom-made fixtures are non-refundable.
